One of our favorite new things at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival is the Fairy Gardens! We love these as part of our Flower and Garden with Kids activities. You can find this outside of Germany and in the back courtyard of the United Kingdom. These little fairy houses at Walt Disney World were a beautiful new touch to the countries in World Showcase Epcot. We were also super excited to see the Flower and Garden Festival mini village in the Train display near Germany added to the miniature train village. Keep an eye out for these extra detailed sections of the festival.

Epcot Flower and Garden Games
Another favorite thing Disney dreams up for each festival is a scavenger hunt game. And at the Flower and Garden Festival there are two!
Spike the Bee Scavenger Hunt Game
The Spike the Bee’s Pollen-Nation Exploration Game features all the plants that bees use for pollination. With Spike hidden in the gardens throughout the World Showcase, simply see where you can find him. He’ll be near a designated pollinator plant so you can learn all about them. And every year we get a new game and new prizes to look forward to. With the bee population nearing its demise, we were thrilled they took to the opportunity to add a conservation game to the mix!

EPCOT Flower and Garden Egg Stravaganza Game
If you’re visiting the park around Easter, then you get a chance to see the Disney Bunnies hidden around the world showcase! Everyone from Rabbit to Judy Hops to Thumper can be found among the gardens across the park. Just grab a gameboard from the gift shops or a kiosk to get started. Prizes have included plastic eggs, cups, bowls, patches and more. Easter is Sunday April 20, 2025 but this game usually runs from the beginning of the festival until just past Easter. Check out everything happening for Easter at Walt Disney World in 2025.

Epcot Flower and Garden Magic Shots
If you’re grabbing the Disney Photopass Service, then you’re in for a treat! In addition to all the fun effects that can be added to your photos in the parks, at Flower and Garden you also get two new options. One of them is this Figment Topiary Magic shot, featuring you, holding the most realistic Figment topiary in a pot we’ve seen!

Epcot Flower and Garden Merchandise
Every Epcot festival comes with its own exclusive merchandise. As a result, new things are available each time a new festival rolls around- it’s every Disney lover’s dream. 2025 Flower and Garden Merchandise Collections include Orange Bird, Spike the Bee, Alice in Wonderland, Figment, and Mickey and Minnie. In addition to the main gift shops, there are little kiosks all over the World Showcase that keep the festival merchandise on hand.
We also love stopping in the Tea Shop over in the U.K. During Flower and Garden you can usually take advantage of a free tea garden walk and sample teas that are showcased during the festival! See the Flower and Garden Merchandise round-up.

Epcot Flower and Garden FAQ
If you’re familiar with EPCOT festivals, then you probably know some of these facts already! But we thought we’d share them just the same for any Disney newbies out there.
Can I use the Disney Dining Plan Snack Credits at the Flower and Garden Festival
Yes! If you’re using the Disney Dining Plan you can use the DDP to pay for select Flower and Garden menu items. Dishes included will be noted with the DDP notation on the booth sign. This is a great use of a snack credit as we saw some food items priced as high as $8.50. We love stockpiling our snack credits for Festival days at EPCOT. And it’s a great way to save some money.
How Much Does Food Cost at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival?
Single serve dishes at the Epcot Festivals, typically cost between $5- $10 depending. Our best advice is to consider the booths as options for your lunch the day you visit. You can easily combine mini meals from each booth to save money. In general, remember you’re spending about $100 per person per day on a Disney Food Budget, so unless you’ve prepaid for the Disney Dining Plan, the food cost here will be your highest budget item.
Can I use Gift Cards to Pay for Food at the Flower and Garden Festival?
Yes! Check out how you can save 5% on Discounted Disney Gift Cards before your trip. Perfect for when you want to stick to your budget, or give the kids each a “food allowance” , if purchasing the Flower and Garden Festival Gift Cards they come in new designs every year, and some are offered on a wristlet, making it easy to just scan and go! Grab these at the Port of Entry gift shops before you start your festival day.
EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival Review
There you have it! The full lineup of everything happening at the Flower and Garden Festival this year. As one of our favorite ways to jumpstart spring, if you got the time we highly recommend you head to Florida this spring. Even just a couple days at Disney World will get you into the mood to plant that garden, tend those flowers and tackle all the post winter yard work. Enjoy!
